These terms govern your use of the chatbot services and Support Handoff bot provided by Your Digital Office Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide AI-powered chatbot services, human handoff functionality, appointment booking, and related support tools to businesses ("Clients") and their end users ("Users"). Our services include integrations with Microsoft Teams, Slack, and other platforms.

2. Use of Services

You agree to:

3. AI-Generated Responses

Our chatbot uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain errors or incomplete information. AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional advice. For critical matters, we recommend speaking with a human representative.

4. Human Handoff

Our Support Handoff feature connects you with a human agent via the Client's chosen platform (Slack or Microsoft Teams). Availability of human agents depends on the Client's business hours and staffing. We do not guarantee immediate human availability.

5. Bookings

Appointment bookings made through our chatbot are subject to availability and the Client's scheduling policies. Bookings are confirmed via email. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are determined by the Client.

6. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology used in our services remain the property of Your Digital Office Pty Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

8. Client Responsibilities

Businesses using our platform as Clients are responsible for:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages from time to time. We will endeavour to provide notice of planned downtime where possible.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if these terms are violated. Clients may terminate their subscription in accordance with their service agreement.
