AI-led, human-assisted
YDO Sign reads your PDF, fills it from what you type and what it already knows, and shows you the result. Your client signs on their phone with no account and no app.
Why teams switch
Your PDF, read for you
Upload the document you already send and the AI proposes its fields, with the boxes placed on the printed lines. An admin approves them once.
A send from one sentence
Type “send the gardening contract to Riley Chen” and the AI opens the template filled in, with details from earlier sends marked for checking. A person reads the preview and clicks Send.
Changes and questions in plain words
Type “make it $80 an hour” and the open form is amended. Ask “has Riley signed?” and the assistant answers from the record.
Who to chase, listed
The report lists every unsigned document and the reason it is waiting. A person presses Remind, and a signer who has started is told what is left.
Signing certificate
- Signers
- Each signer’s email, the second they signed in Sydney time, their IP address and device, and whether they typed or drew.
- Answers
- A Yes/No pair printed on your document has to be answered before it can be signed, unless the signer agrees to a printed consent-to-all row. The answer is listed on the certificate, under that signer’s Signed entry.
- Opened
- Counted when the signing page appears on a screen, never when an email scanner fetches the link.

Australian law
Electronic signatures are valid for most business documents under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth) and the matching Act in each state and territory.
- Who signed
- The certificate names each signer by the email address their link went to, with the IP address and device they used.
- What they meant
- Every page is shown before signing, and the signature dialog states that applying it is the electronic equivalent of a handwritten signature.
- When
- Each signature is timed to the second, in Sydney time.
- What they saw
- The certificate carries a SHA-256 fingerprint of the signed pages, taken before the certificate is added.
Questions
How much does it cost?
$19.99 per user per month.
What does the AI do?
It reads the PDF you upload and proposes where the fields go, fills a send from a sentence you type and from earlier sends to the same people, amends an open form when you ask, and answers questions about a document’s status. It never sends anything. A person clicks Send.
Can we use the documents we already have?
Yes. Upload the PDF you send today and the signing boxes are placed on its printed lines for you to approve. A Word or Google document works once it is saved as a PDF.
Do signers need an account or an app?
No. Each signer opens their own link in the browser on their phone or computer.
Are electronic signatures legal in Australia?
Yes. They are recognised under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth) and the matching Act in each state and territory.
How do we show who signed and when?
The certificate on the signed PDF lists the email each signer’s link went to, the second they signed in Sydney time, their IP address and device, and whether they typed or drew. The audit trail follows with every step and its time.
Can more than one person sign?
Yes, up to 5 per document, in order or all at once. In order, each person is invited the moment the one before signs.
What happens when someone hasn’t signed?
The report lists every document still waiting, with the reason it is held up. Press Remind and a signer who has started is told what is left.
How is YDO Sign different from Ignition or PandaDoc?
Ignition and PandaDoc build proposals and take payments. YDO Sign sends the PDFs you already have for signature, and a quote or proposal you produce as a PDF is sent the same way.
Does it suit NDIS service agreements?
Yes. The participant, a nominee and the provider sign in the order you set, and a plan manager or support coordinator can receive a copy.
How do we get started?
Book a demo and bring a PDF you send. YDO then turns YDO Sign on for your organisation, and an e-sign admin uploads your first PDF as a template.
See it on your own document.
Twenty minutes on a call, with a PDF you actually send.
